Refund Policy

H&H Aesthetic Medicine are wanting your experience to be of quality and reassurance that’s why we offer our customers refund and exchange opportunities in-store and online. Please review our returns and exchanged policies below for hhaestheticmedicine.com.au and in-store purchases.

Online: H&H Aesthetic offer customers product refunds within a 30-day period of initial purchase in situations where any damaged, faulty goods have been provided or change of mind. Customers enquiring about returns must contact our clinic at contact@hhaesthticmedicine.com.

Once approved the item must be sent back in the same condition as when received, unopen, unused, with tags and in original packaging. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our clinic and in all circumstances a proof of purchase is required. In special circumstances where products have been opened additional information may be required.

H&H Aesthetic Medicine reserves the right to refuse a refund, exchange or credit voucher and upon inspection of the product will contact you in 48 hours with the outcome of inspection.

Note: We do not however, provide refunds for any used, soiled and damaged products unless accompanied by a medical certificate. Certain types of items cannot be returned. Such as, customised products and perishable goods.

In-store: H&H Aesthetic offer customers product refunds within a 14-day period of initial purchase in situations where any damaged, faulty goods have been provided or change of mind. Goods must be pre-purchased from H&H Aesthetic, returned to our clinic and in all circumstances a proof of purchase required. In special circumstances where products have been opened additional information may be required. H&H Aesthetic Medicine reserves the right to refuse a refund, exchange or credit voucher.
