In-store & Online
H&H Aesthetic offers customers product replacement, exchange and refunds within a 30-day period of initial purchase in situations where any products received are damaged or faulty or in the case of an allergic reaction. Goods must have been purchased from H&H Aesthetic Medicine either in clinic or online and returned to H&H Aesthetic Medicine with proof of purchase.
Products must be returned in the same condition as when received, unopened, unused, with tags and in original packaging. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our clinic. Once we have received your product, a member from our team will inspect the product and contact you within 48 hours with the outcome of the inspection.
H&H Aesthetic Medicine reserves the right to refuse a refund, exchange or credit voucher for any open/used products or change of mind. Certain types of items cannot be returned. Such as, customised products and perishable goods.
Faulty Product
In the rare case you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please ensure you stop using the product immediately, contact our team and return the product to the clinic as soon as possible as it will need to be returned to the supplier.
Please take a photo with a time stamp of the fault or issue and email to contact@hhaestheticmedicine.com.
You must report your faulty product within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately replacements or refunds of damaged products can not be guaranteed and are up to the discretion of the individual brand/supplier.
Allergic Reaction
It is important that you use products as directed on the label or by your treating clinician. In the unlikely event that your skin shows signs of any irritation or allergic reaction. Stop using the product immediately and contact our team on (03)7007 8811 or contact@hhaestheticmedicine.com to speak with one of our Dermal Clinicians to discuss and assess your reaction.
Where possible, Please take photos of the reaction that has occurred for your clinical record and email to contact@hhaestheticmedicine.com.
If our Dermal Clinicians or Doctors verify the product was in fact the cause of the adverse reaction, we will exchange or provide a credit for another suitable product. You must advise our team within 14 days of purchase of any reactions. You must return the product to the clinic as soon as possible. If more than 20% of the product has been used, H&H Aesthetic Medicine cannot guarantee a replacement or credit. All reactions will need to be reported & products returned to the product brand/supplier for approval of replacement or credit.
Please note we cannot accept returns of Clearance items.
Package Policy
At H&H Aesthetic Medicine, all of our treatment packages are carefully designed to offer the best value and results for our clients. Please note that once a package is purchased, it is considered non-refundable and non-transferable and can only be used by the enrolled member. We encourage clients to thoroughly review their treatment options with our Dermal Clinicians before committing to a package to ensure it aligns with your personal skincare goals.
