What is the Cutera Excel V Laser?
Excel V is the most advanced aesthetic technology that combines two powerfully precise lasers to target and eliminate a variety of Aesthetic and dermatologic skin concerns. The most common treatments provided at H&H Aesthetic Medicine include; vascular concerns (diffuse redness, rosacea, facial veins/capillaries) and benign pigmented lesions (age spots, sun spots, discoloration) on the face and body.
How does Excel V work?
The laser emits high-energy light pulses that are selectively absorbed by haemoglobin or melanin within the targeted area. This energy is converted into heat, leading to the coagulation and destruction of unwanted blood vessels or the breakdown of pigmented lesions. Over time, the body naturally clears these treated areas, helping to restore a more even skin tone.

How does Cutera Enlighten SR work?
Enlighten SR uses ultra-fast picosecond energy to shatter targeted pigmentation or tattoo ink without causing heat or damage to surrounding skin. This is then absorbed by your skin’s lymphatic system.

As it delivers ultra-short pulses of energy, this helps to break down pigment into smaller particles without relying heavily on heat.
